Thompson Automotive's namesake! Bob's affinity for cars began at the age of ten, when he was given a model car to build from a heap of parts. This first encounter with basic automotive anatomy ignited a passion in Bob that is still expressed today in the excellent service he provides for our customers.

Leveraging his training as an Electronic Counter Measures (ECM) Avionics Technician in the Marines in the 1990's, Bob got his start in automotive servicing and repair after moving back to Colorado to build and modify race engines for high-performance vehicles. After proving himself as an adept mechanic, Bob obtained his ASE Master Technician Certification - the gold standard in automotive repair.

Given his broad experience working on thousands of vehicles throughout his career, Bob is comfortable working on domestic vehicles while specializing in Japanese imports like Subaru, Toyota, and Mitsubishi.

Jaime discovered her natural knack for customer service when she began working at a small, family-owned restaurant in Littleton when she was just 15 years old. Through hard work and a love for helping people, Jaime grew beyond her position of hostess all the way through to General Manager, where she honed her multitasking and operations management skills.

After leaving the restaurant, Jaime began her career as a Service Advisor at her father's repair shop. There, the universe would conspire to have Jaime meet Bob, and a mutual love for business, cars, and helping others was born. In 2010, this partnership became the genesis of Thompson Automotive, a comprehensive automotive service and repair shop meeting the needs of customers in the Littleton and surrounding areas.

Jaime brings 31 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry to his role as General Manager. ASE certified and deeply experienced as a Service Advisor, Jaime has built a reputation for delivering exceptional customer service with a smile. His commitment to quality, honesty, and customer satisfaction has earned him the trust and respect of both his team and the community. Known for his upbeat attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, Jaime leads by example, creating a positive and professional environment throughout the shop.

In his early years, he was passionate about extreme sports, until a near-death experience led him to a quieter but equally rewarding pursuit - raising chickens! Outside of work, Jaime is all about family and enjoys golfing when time allows. His favorite movie, Tommy Boy, reflects his great sense of humor and down-to-earth personality.

With an impressive 46 years of experience in the automotive industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Assistant Manager and Parts Manager. Over the years, he has held multiple key positions including ASE Certified Technician, Service Advisor, Shop Foreman, and Parts Manager. His comprehensive expertise makes him a trusted resource for both colleagues and customers. Kevin is known for his dedication to excellence, hands-on approach, and long-standing commitment to the industry.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course, bowling, and in the great outdoors hunting. He has known Jaime Thompson for 28 years, reflecting a strong sense of loyalty and teamwork. Kevin's favorite movie is Top Gun, which speaks to his appreciation for action, discipline, and high performance - qualities he consistently brings to his work.

Tom is a Master Automotive Technician with over 35 years of experience in the industry. He holds the prestigious World Class ASE Certification-an elite recognition earned by fewer than 3,000 individuals nationwide. While Tom specializes in European vehicles, his extensive knowledge spans Asian and Domestic makes as well.

Known for his exceptional diagnostic skills, Tom thrives on the problem-solving aspect of his work. His ability to accurately identify and resolve complex issues makes him a trusted expert in the shop.

Outside of the garage, Tom runs a photography business focused on portraits and various types of human photography. His creative eye and passion for capturing moments are as sharp as his mechanical intuition. A classic film enthusiast, Tom's favorite movie is Casablanca, which he has watched over 300 times.

Andrew is a knowledgeable and caring Service Advisor with 2 years of experience in the automotive industry. He's passionate about helping customers understand their vehicle's needs and works hard to prioritize necessary repairs while building trust through clear communication. His goal is to ensure every customer leaves feeling confident and informed.

Andrew thrives on creating a positive experience for every person who walks through the door, combining technical know-how with genuine care and attention. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys hiking Colorado's 14ers and is an accomplished guitarist. His favorite movie is Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, a classic that mirrors his adventurous spirit.

Christy is an ASE-Certified Service Advisor with 6 years of experience in customer service and 9 years of hands-on work as an automotive technician. Her technical background gives her a strong foundation to clearly explain vehicle needs and help customers make informed decisions. After nearly a decade under the hood, Christy made the transition to the service desk to reduce the physical strain while staying closely connected to the automotive world she's passionate about.

Christy is known for making genuine connections with her customers, combining deep technical knowledge with a caring, down-to-earth approach. She takes pride in helping people understand their vehicle's needs while making the service experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Outside of work, Christy is a full-time mom who enjoys going to concerts, camping with her son, and proudly embraces her status as a true theatre enthusiast! Her favorite movie is The Usual Suspects, a nod to her love of clever twists and memorable characters.

Ben is a seasoned Service Advisor with 8 years of experience helping customers navigate their vehicle needs with confidence and clarity. Known for his friendly, "teddy bear" personality and constant smile, Ben excels at making complex automotive issues easy to understand and helping customers prioritize what matters most for their vehicle's safety and performance.

When he's not at the shop, Ben enjoys racing his motorcycle and impressing (or amusing) friends with his vast knowledge of random party trivia. A longtime fan of monster movies, his favorite film is Godzilla - a fitting choice for someone who tackles big challenges with ease and enthusiasm.

With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Chris is an ASE Certified Technician who brings deep expertise in servicing and repairing both Domestic and Asian vehicles. Known for a meticulous approach and problem-solving skills, Chris takes pride in delivering reliable and high-quality work.

Outside the shop, Chris enjoys building just about anything - from custom rock crawlers to handcrafted furniture. A fan of classic Westerns, Chris never passes up a good John Wayne movie. What Chris enjoys most about the job? Every day brings something different - there's never a dull moment under the hood.

A Colorado native and proud triplet, Ryan has been working in the automotive field for 7 years. ASE certified and experienced with both Domestic and Asian vehicles, Ryan brings skill, precision, and a love for variety to every job. What keeps him motivated? No two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys building and racing RC cars, target shooting, and creating small metal sculptures - blending his technical mind with a creative touch.

With over 11 years of hands-on experience, Michael is an ASE Certified Technician and Dodge factory-trained specialist who brings a deep knowledge of both domestic and Asian vehicles. Originally from Mississippi, he moved here 2.5 years ago and has quickly become a trusted name in the local automotive scene.

Michael is passionate about precision and takes pride in diagnosing and repairing vehicles with care and expertise. Outside the shop, he enjoys hiking, fishing, and relaxing with a good movie - his favorite is American Gangster. Whether it's routine maintenance or complex repairs, Michael is committed to getting the job done right the first time.

With 13 years of hands-on experience, Zac is a dedicated automotive technician currently working toward ASE certification. Specializing in both Domestic and Asian vehicles, Zac is known for his sharp problem-solving skills and his commitment to keeping the shop running smoothly and clean. Outside of work, Zac's true passion is dirt biking, something he's been doing for 26 years. When he's not turning wrenches, he's almost always out riding. He doesn't have a favorite movie (too busy on the bike!), but he does make time to catch episodes of the TV series 1923.

Originally from Maine, Mason has spent the past 8 years honing his skills in the automotive industry, including 6.5 years specializing in Acura vehicles at a dealership. Currently working toward ASE Master Certification, Mason brings a strong focus on Asian makes and a deep appreciation for the engineering behind every car.

Driven by a passion for problem solving and fascination with how things work, Mason takes great pride in delivering quality, precise work. He enjoys the variety that comes with working on different vehicles each day, and he's always up for a new challenge.

When he's not in the shop, you'll likely find Mason riding dirt bikes or quoting his favorite movie, Super Troopers.

Mark is a dedicated General Service Technician with 4 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. Currently working toward his ASE certifications, he is focused on becoming a full-service technician. Mark takes pride in learning something new every day, constantly expanding his skills and knowledge to deliver top-notch service.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys playing football and tackling home improvement projects at his new house. His favorite movie is The Truman Show, which reflects his appreciation for curiosity and discovery - qualities he brings to both his career and personal life.

Joseph is a hardworking and motivated General Service Technician with 2 years of experience in the automotive field. Though new to the industry, he's already working toward his ASE certifications and shows strong potential through his dedication and willingness to learn.

He enjoys the hands-on nature of the job and the opportunity to apply critical thinking to each task. A valuable addition to the team, Joseph consistently brings a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to the shop.

Outside of work, Joseph is a passionate musician with a degree in music. He especially loves playing the drums and finds creativity and rhythm both in the garage and on stage. His favorite movie? Tommy Boy - a classic that always gets a laugh.
